The most important spare part for all leak testers is the test head seal. It might just look like a 'bit of rubber' but the choice of material, hardness and construction are crucial for good leak tester performance.

We stock a range of seals in various hardness and sizes in polyurethane, natural rubber, neoprene foam, and occasionally silicone.

Getting a good seal whilst still detecting a poor neck finish and minimizing wear requires a combination of various material properties and we are happy to advise on the best matrail for your application.

We have a fast, economical turnaround on board repairs. If your leak tester is badged "Ideas in Motion", "Serta" or "Hayssen" there is every chance that it is one of our old leak testers, and we can supply spares and repairs for these testers.
