Converting Hesta heads to ‘Conventional’ servo control
As a result of many customer requests we have developed an adapter plate that enables‘conventional’ servo valves to be used in place of the special H+L device. This means you can replace the Hesta parison programmer with virtually any other parison programmer such as Moog, Hunkar, Barber Colman, Siemens etc.. Our adapter plate connects the servo valve directly to the Hesta wall thickness control cylinder. We have also integrated the LVDT transducer inside this adapter block.
Improve dirt resistance and increased choice of servo valve
In addition to having a much greater choice of the latest technology servo valves that have excellent dirt resistance, you also have a choice of servo valve repair companies. The time to carry out the installation is minimal as there are no mechanical changes to the cylinder mounting or its coupling. This also means that the cylinder remains compatible with your existing Hesta heads.
