Simple system minimises labour for packing bottles

Fully automatic bottle palletising machines often require skilled maintenance and large production quantities to be viable, but this proven system enables a significant improvement in operator efficiency while still being easy to use and maintain. The system comprises of an infeed conveyor, indexing belt table, and a bottle lifting device. In operation, bottles are collated onto the table and then transferred by the operator onto the nearby pallet. Depending on bottle size and the version of machine we produce, the pallet layers can be built to any height.

Quality with reduced operator visual inspection

The system can also be supplied with an integrated leak tester to ensure that quality is maintained even with reduced operator visual inspection. The system can be supplied with a conveyor of any length with bends, bottle merging and size sorting if required. We can also supply the system without conveyor for integrating onto your existing production lines.

 6000 b.p.h or better

This system is particularly suited for PET blow moulding machines with outputs up to 6000 b.p.h. We can offer alternative bottle palletizers for higher.
