Copes with tall unstable bottles, oval shapes and special tray packing patterns

As you know, bottles come in all shapes and sizes, but all have one thing in common - the packaging designers gave absolutely no thought as to how automated packing machinery would work with these weird shapes!  Although our 'basic' collating tables are an extremely cost effective method of packing bottles, there are limitations to the shapes and type of bottles that can be efficiently handled. Our indexing belt table was developed to cope with tall unstable bottles, oval shapes and special tray packing patterns. Instead of expecting the bottles to push each other neatly in rows, this table 'indexes' the table belt by accurate steps to ensure bottles behave themselves.

Easy to set and operate maximising operator efficiency

Smooth acceleration/deceleration of the table movement ensures tall bottles continue to stand up, and this system also enables multiple trays to be packed sequentially, maximising operator efficiency. Using the simple push system onto an indexing belt table is a cost effective and very reliable bottle packing method. Its compactness enables the maximum utilization of available floor space, and is easy to set and operate.

Easy operator access with fast changeover

The ‘open’ design allows easy operator access, and the use of low force pneumatics eliminates the need for restrictive guarding. The materials of construction have been specially chosen to minimize static electricity, and is easily user serviceable. All adjustments are ‘no tools’ for quick and easy changeover. Round and oval bottles can be nested to form a compact tight pack by our simple but 100% reliable automatic row indexer. The operator control panel enables fast changeovers with preset function keys and stored ‘recipes’ from previous set-ups. BPS-10 Collating table, integrated leak tester.
